John Kelley
Partner/Director
John began his career in the corporate world in 1993 splitting time between New York and Chicago. In 1998 he left his career in plastics to pursue his passion of landscape design and construction. He loves to work directly with clients to fulfill their dreams. His design build company has enjoyed great success over 25 years and has evolved to include pools, spas, outdoor kitchens and entertainment spaces. He loves to fish and spend time with his wife of 30 years and 3 son’s. John is excited to have brought his vision to SWFL with Kelley Pool and Spa and to introduce you to his dream team of partners.
Joseph Petersen
Partner/Managing Director
Joseph Petersen is Managing Director in charge of administrative operations and is also our chief designer. He has been designing landscapes and pools for over twenty years with clients across the nation. He holds two undergraduate degrees in Spanish and Horticulture with emphasis in Landscape Design, a master's degree in Business Administration, and is currently working towards his Phd in Botany and Plant Science. He loves all things outdoors, although he would prefer to be on the water fishing. His true passion lies in plants. He has over 7 years in education, teaching youth and adults all aspects of plant science. He and John have worked together for over 18 years. Joe is looking forward to turning your dreams into reality.
Frank Maciel
Managing Partner/Quality Control
Frank is originally from Southeastern Massachusetts where he began his career as a certified welder for a shipbuilding company. In 2000, Frank moved to SWFL in search of a better life for him and his son. Shortly after arriving, he started a pool service company which grew quite rapidly. In 2005 he obtained his Certification as a Licensed Pool Contractor and begin installing custom swimming pools. The company grew rapidly and he got an offer he couldn’t refuse. Frank is an expert in the field of water chemistry as well as every aspect of pool design and construction. He’s a hands on project manager that love’s working with clients to insure the highest quality installations. He’s also a Licensed Boat Captain. Frank is also a Red Sox fan but please don’t hold that against him.
Eli Enders
Managing Partner/Engineer & Project Management
Eli is a graduate of FGCU right here in Fort Myers with his BS in Civil Engineering. Eli loves working with people and thrives on delivering a quality product. Eli excels at project management and communication with the client to ensure every detail gets recognized and is brought to life. Eli treats every project as an extension of his home to ensure his client’s satisfaction. In his free time, Eli spends every possible second with his wife and 3 young children.
